Donations are the lifeblood of our charity. They allow us to keep helping people with mental health problems to reach their full potential and find paid employment, training and community inclusion.

You can donate in several ways; by giving us your quality used items to sell in our charity shop, by raising money for the Mental Health Activity Trust, by supporting events like our upcoming Shard Experience raffle (purchasing raffle tickets for example) and by donating cash.

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to donate to our charity!

Jeanette Murdoch raised funds for us by conquering her fear of heights, taking the zip wire challenge in Snowden, Wales. She raised over £250 on her justgiving page.

We are no longer using Justgiving but will be adding another donating page here soon.

Last year we won the Mycenae Soup and they gave us a cheque for £1079.

Vanessa raised £70 for us on her justgiving page raising awareness of our campaign.

You can donate directly to us on our ‘Give to MHA Trust’ page.
